I received my yearly bill for our 2022 home insurance that had increased to 2,700.00 per year. I searched and found this company and got 2 rates. Upon reviewing the coverages from my old company to this new one I realized that my old company didn’t even have personal liability on my property!! I was shocked to say the least! My rates with the new company that National found was for more coverage on everything and get this 1,400.00 cheaper per year!! I will rate National a big 5!!

I spent days trying to find a company that provided homeowner's insurance for manufactured homes in our area but every link I clicked took me to companies that took me other places and all I wanted was a quote, multiple quotes was the goal. Finally, someone answered my inquiries by email, no links to take me somewhere else, but a real person. He provided me with a quote, answered all my questions, provided me with documents to review, the documents were finalized and everything is now in place. Adrian Aguilar was a total life saver. I called maybe 3 dozen companies and no one would insure my home. By the time I called Adrian I was in tears, thinking I was going to lose my house if I couldn't get it insured. I had "mistakenly" (LOL), filled out an information request on-line for homeowners insurance on a manufactured home in a senior park. I was immediately deluged with phone calls, texts and emails.The phone calls were the worst. I tried to take notes to ensure I gave the same information to each company so that I might compare and contrast the insurance products. I soon found out that there were only a few subsidiaries who actually provided the insurance. Even though I was speaking to several of the big name insurance companies, the actual insurers were the same.After much confusion and great discrepancies in coverage options and prices, I found myself being drawn to the gentleman with the voice of sanity and patience.This gentleman always answered his phone or was back to me in minutes. Even today, literally almost a month after selling me the policy, he got back to me regarding my question.The text I received asking me to submit a review had an error in the link so I was unable to comply. I enjoyed talking with Rob during my transaction with National, so thought I would try again. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!....Rob Haley is your man for patient and clear guidance through the home insurance field. THANK YOU AGAIN ROB!

You need to contact this company if you own a manufactured home. Most carriers have zero interest in providing reasonable coverage for mobile/manufactured homes (most won't even provide a quote). These guys specialize in this area. Have this company send you a quote.
