Robert the insurance agent worked at obtaining my mobile home insurance. He basically was the only one that could find the insurance I needed here in Texas. A couple other company was not even writing policies after all the bad weather going and one other company price was close to three times the price that Robert got for me. I am sharing my experience purchasing 2 policies, from National Mobile Home insurance, Chandler Office, to prove to customers how their attitude, as well as the agents, can make the experience positive or negative. The agent and I discussed ALL the options available to me for both auto insurance and home owners insurance. The patience, Chris, displayed went above and beyond any expectations I had. PAST experience, I am 72, had me prepared to "just shut-up and listen"! This man wasn't like that, he continuously, asked if I had any questions and took the time to make sure I understood what I was purchasing and suggested options I personally had not considered. I had shared with him that my funds were very limited, and only available on a certain date. The transaction was processed on the wrong date, which caused 2 overdraft charges on my account. I knew, Chris, would make this right, so I remained calm and contacted him. He apologized over and over, and I could tell by the tone in his voice how sincere he was. Chris immediately contacted the companies the 2 policies had bee purchased from and I called my bank for there help. this issue was resolved quickly and peacefully, only because, neither Chris or I ever displayed any anger or animosity. I know from past experience this situation could have turned ugly. I am pleased with the company I picked for insurance and the expertise of the agent I work with. Pam
